Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and the Executive Director, which includes scheduling and the recording of minutes at meetings and coordinating all fundraising initiatives, including events. The EA will also be expected to accurately maintain and update the donor database. This includes recording all gifts (pledges, cash, and in-kind), generating timely acknowledgements to donors, sending reminders of pledge payments that are due, creating a variety of donor reports, coordinating communications with donors and fund-raising leaders via mail, telephone, e-mail, and social media.

Career Developer. The Career Developer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to provide on-going support for job development and to assist when necessary in job placement. This includes preparing and revising employment documents (resumes, cover letters, applications, etc.), coaching on workforce culture, teaching technical skills (job search, interview preparation, etc.), and providing assessment. The Career Developer will also be expected to coordinate with the Education and Training team to choose topics for presentations and workshops for classes and with recruitment for different events. In addition, this position will assist in maintaining quality assurance of supporting data reported out to funders and the agency and of documentation pertaining to employment.
