Learning and developing a host of new skills to begin a new career


Prepare for a successful career as an administrative assistant, customer service representative, office manager, receptionist, and more. This program provides detailed information on customer service skills, de-escalation techniques, organizational and technological tools as well as the basics of accounting, purchasing, and office machine operations. The program also offers a special focus on workplace readiness skills combined with Northstar Digital Literacy certifications.

Complete the Administrative Professional Training certificate program in 2 months, and enter the job market with new skills perfectly suited for entry-level administrative roles in a variety of settings including medical offices, law firms, banks, social and human services agencies, and more.

$200/session paid upon enrollment | Free Northstar Digital Literacy Certifications

Eligibility

  • High School Diploma or GED (Please note, your High School Diploma does not have to be from the U.S. If you have a High School Diploma from a foreign country, it is equally eligible.)
  • Intermediate level English proficiency (if English is not your native language, you must pass the CASAS (English proficiency) test with a minimum score of 215.)
  • U.S. Work Authorization
  • Commitment to finding a job as an administrative professional
  • BCI (state background check which costs $5) More information on how to obtain here
